November, 2021 – February, 2022, BGI Consulting carried out an evaluation of the implementation of measures for reducing dependence on fossil fuels and energy efficiency in the National Energy and Climate Action Plan. The evaluation was commissioned by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania.

During the provision of services, an assessment of the implementation of the measures for reducing dependence on fossil fuels and energy efficiency of the National Energy and Climate Action Plan was prepared. The assessment included information about each National Energy and Climate Action Plan measure on its type, scope, implementation status, synergy with individual other measures, the need for joint investments, regulatory obstacles and disruptions, the potential of the technological measure in the country, socio-economic criteria, etc.
