BGI Consulting implements the ex-post evaluation of Lithuania, Poland and Kaliningrad Region of Russian Federation Neighbourhood Programme

BGI Consulting implements the ex-post evaluation of Lithuania, Poland and Kaliningrad Region of Russian Federation Neighbourhood Programme. The programme encompasses Interreg III A border region (Northeast Poland, Southwest Lithuania and Kaliningrad Region of Russian Federation) and is partly financed by European Regional Development Fund and TACIS.

Measures of the programme were implemented under three priorities:
1. Competitiveness and productivity growth of the cooperation area through development of cross-border infrastructure and border security, economic and scientific/technological cooperation.
2. Contribution to the cooperation between populations, socio-cultural integration and the labour market
3. Technical assistance

The Joint Technical Secretariat is the contracting authority.
