Evaluation of regional projects planning and implementation system effectiveness

BGI Consulting evaluates planning and implementation system of regional projects of 2007 – 2013 EU funding period in Lithuania. The evaluation encompasses examination of legal acts and procedures, analysis of institutional structures, administrative capacities and institutional cooperation. The results will be presented in the evaluation report and a seminar.
The contracting authority of the evaluation services is the Ministry of the Interior.
