Analysis of ETC programmes operative in North-East Europe

BGI Consulting participating in the international consortium has finished the Survey on Attribution of the 10% and 20% rules in ETC programmes operative in North-East Europe. BGI Consulting was responsible for Lithuania – Poland and Latvia – Lithuania cross border cooperation programmes analysis. The main focus was on the application of 10% and 20% rules and the ways in which their application may be clarified and improved for the benefit of the programmes.

The study was commissioned by INTERACT Point Turku and implemented by a consortium led by Net Effect Ltd (Finland).
