BGI Consulting is currently performing an evaluation of European Territorial Co-operation Objective Cross-Border Co-operation Programme Lithuania – Poland. The thematic evaluation is aimed at three objectives:
- Evaluation of the information and communication activities
- Small project fund projects’ efficiency evaluation
- The evaluation of Programme strategy and achievements (planned after 1st of September, 2011)
The relevance of information for applicants and beneficiaries is analyzed. Also the efficiency of the portfolio of communication measures and certain measures are evaluated.
Small project fund projects’ efficiency evaluation involves analysis of fund objectives and achievements, consideration of advantages and disadvantages of such management mechanism.
The results will be published in the form of evaluation report and also presented for Joint Monitoring and Steering Committee, where members of Lithuania and Poland are involved.
The evaluation is commissioned by Joint Technical Secretariat.
