BGI Consulting is conducting an evaluation of online public services

BGI Consulting is performing the evaluation of provision and use of online public services and the assessment of the basic online public and administrative services. During the process of assessment, the representative survey of Lithuanian population is carried out in order to find out the scale of use of online public services as well as the quality of online services provided. In addition to this, the monitoring of maturity level of basic online public and administrative services is carried out.

During the assessment, the most relevant online public services for the residents will be identified, as well as the quality of online public services and the maturity level of online public and administrative services.
